We scheduled our appliance repair diagnosis service with Nimbly Appliance Repair Inc. through the LG website on Sunday when our fridge stopped cooling overnight on Saturday. We requested Tuesday service but Nimbly Appliance Repair Inc. called on Monday informing that they need to order the part (most likely the compressor) and will call once it's available. By Weds we got the call and scheduled the repair for Friday. We were told the technician would show up between 11am-1pm (great window!) and Jordan showed up right at 12pm. He spent about an hour replacing the compressor and suggested to wait 24 hours to let the fridge properly cool before replacing our food. Jordan was so great, friendly, made great conversation and genuinely enjoys his job. It was a rough 6 days being without a fridge but after scheduling a call with The A Team Appliance Rep business (they have 5 star reviews on their website but 300+ 1 star reviews on Google), we are so glad we dodged that bullet! My fiancé didn't do his due diligence when looking into a fridge repair service and went with the first Google ad. We apparently have an $80 bill sent to collections for cancelling an appt same day but we are happy to finally have our fridge back!! Jordan is aware of the scam the A Team does and even pointed out that Nimbly Appliance Repair Inc. exposed them on tv! Highly recommend Nimbly Appliance Repair Inc. and their team! I only see great reviews for them and now I personally know why they are one (if not, the) best companies for repairs and appliance maintenance!
