Our In-Home Service Diagnostic Fee Package for First Visit is $150.00 + HST. This covers the service call, including mileage, employee labour, diagnosis of your appliance, and providing a written quote on repair cost.

Second Visit – if the written quote is accepted by the customer, it will cost $175.00 + Part Cost + HST as per provided quote.

Please note:

• NO additional service call fee will be charged to the customer.
• NO Cancel Fee will be charged to the customer if they decide to cancel.
• NO Restocking Fee for parts returned to the manufacturer.

*If an extra employee is needed to unstack a washer and dryer or to pull out a wall oven, an additional charge of $85.00 will be added to the price above.

We consider our customers' make and model of the unit when resolving their issues, looking to see if the manufacturer has identified any potential problems. With years of expertise in various makes and models, we can confidently assess each situation based on its unique circumstances.

Our team strives to provide a timely and comprehensive repair service. LG and Samsung parts are often received within three to five days, while Whirlpool or Danby may require more time. We do our best to have all repairs finished in one to two weeks at most. If we don't receive parts by the fifth day, then we contact the manufacturer for an expected timeline update so that we can keep the customers informed of their appliance's progress.
