Great experience with Nimbly Appliance Repair Inc. Our Samsung dishwasher had a float/leakage switch activation which triggered an error code and rendered the dishwasher inoperable. I contacted Nimbly Appliance Repair Inc. because there are many options out there, but I figured I would go with an authorized Samsung repair service. The technician, Andrew, quickly diagnosed the problem–it was mouse urine! Turns out the dishwasher itself is fine and that we have a wildlife problem. Andrew provided some education and leveled the dishwasher while he was here, and the service was affordable. As a relatively new homeowner, I’m happy to add Nimbly Appliance Repair Inc. to my list of preferred contractors.

Had Nimbly Appliance Repair Inc. come and repair our dryer after it was throwing codes and providing no heat. Very good communication and fast prompt service allowed us to be back up in running. The owner came and showed us some pointers on a better hose run (ours was restricted a bit). If anyone is looking for a good company these guys are it. Thank you.

Dennis came to repair our refrigerator that was not keeping the proper temperature. He identified the issue & clearly described the options of the repair needed along with their pros & cons. He is courteous & very knowledgeable about his work. His service work area was kept very neat and tidy & he made every effort to keep our floor well protected. Dennis is very detailed & efficient with his repairs. We found him very trustworthy & we would not hesitate to recommend him for servicing any appliance. His office assistant, Jocelyn, is also very efficient. She is very understanding & helpful & tries to fit in the service call as soon as possible. She also will call to confirm when the parts are in stock & confirm the appt time.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this repair service company, from calling their office and setting up an appointment to the repair itself. Dennis repaired a ring on my hob that wasn’t working properly and had all the parts ready to go. It is so nice to work with a company like this who are professional and do a good job the first time. I would definitely call them again if needed in the future.
